04-22-10 Bro Didi FBF Central Africa asks for prayer for destroyed church building. Please Pray!!

Dear Bro Robert,

Good to hear this FBF policy. That’s how the Kingdom Affairs are run, just like Jesus. Amen.

It sad on our side to let you know that yesterday our Bujovu Church structure that was recently put up, just after your visit, was completely destroyed by a strong violent wind. This church structure was serving for church services, bible studies meetings and the Widows and Orphans Care Center. Pacificwith another sister were injured. So, we are calling for assistance from brethren to put it up again, and have the brothers treated.

04-20-10 Testimony and Zeal of Bro Felix from Kampala & Central Africa ministries FBF

Dear brother in Christ, Robert.

I count joy to have you among the serious Saints who are determined to suffer for the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

I am very much aware that the evangelical work on African Continent is difficult in most of the parts due to different problems facing our Nations.

Therefore ,when I hear someone ready with a Vision for our people, I feel and witness the Love of Christ fully involved and I bless the name of the Lord.

I believe that together we can do something in East and Central Africa especially with my past life whereby I lived in Rwanda for 1 year, Burundi 3 years Democratic Republic of Congo 14 years. I was able to learn Kinyarwand, Kirundi, Swahili and French ,languages I can easily speak and interpret.

I have been with Vision do do some work in these Countries, but since our Ministry is still young I thought it better to wait and consolidate on this before moving. It could also need resources to do the same.

Let us continue praying and trusting both God and ourselves that we shall serve Him with all our energy and resources.

Share with me Exodus 14:14.

My wife send greetings and our Church will be glad to see you share with them at our place at His right timing.

You brother in Christ,
Felix

When in Congo changed from Roman Catholics to United Methodist Church ( 1989)and became a Missionary under General Board of Global Ministries NY, as Hospital manager.

From 1992 I served as Hospital Chaplin.
1993 dealt with refuges from Brundi and Rwanda , working for UMCOR, ( United Methodist Committee on Relief) and UNHCR in charge of Missionary volunteers, medicines and food supplies to refugecamps.

In 1996, left Congo because of war to overthrow Mobotu and returned to Uganda with only my wife and 3 young children but no property.
1999 establish a Methodist Church in Kampala Uganda and being the first in the City.
In 2000- 200 with my wife joined Bible college at Glad Tidings Bible College Kampala and awarded with Diploma in Theology.

In 2003 The lord told me to resign from this United Methodist Church which had many administrative problems and started a Pentecostal Church called GLORY TO GLORY GOSPEL MINISTRIES-KAMPALA.
Inthe same year the Lord helped me from friends in the US to build an Elementary school now with 500 students and I am the Director.
We are praying hard to build a High School so that we can continue to nurture the students with Chritian doctrine.

In 2007 friends from TX helped us to open a Bible school called International School Of Ministry and I was appointed the Director. We award cerificates and Diplomas after 1 and 2 years

The Church has 40 acres of land through sponsors from NC and and this is where we intend to build the High school, an Orphanage and hospital.
They bought me a small 4 wheel driver car for Ministry work.
We need sponsors to develop the land for the needy people and the whole community.

I am married to Teopista 48 , a Ugandan , Teacher in our school and head of women in the church and both of us are ordained Ministers. We have 5 childern , 3 girls 2 boys and girls come first, born from 1992 to 2001 and all in School from secondary Primary 2 up to High School. The elder girl will join University next year.

Our first born died of aids in 2000 and left 3 children of which 2 are still under our care, one boy will join University nexyt year and already has a call for Ministry. I wish he could get possibility for good divinity institution.

Be free to ask me any question that you have at heart for our better future relationship.

The Lord has a divine purpose of bringing you unto my life.

We love you in His name Jesus Christ. We have a big prayer team of Pastors and we shall pray for you and Ministry

Grace , peace and love to your family.

Convey my greetings to all the friends and let them be our brothers and sisters for the extension of His kingdom.

04-15-10 Bro Julius from East Uganda FBF writes in for prayer for New Mission in progress!

Thank you for spending time with us in Uganda Brother Robert we thank you very much for the gift of a bull horn and banner you gave us plus the gosple of encouraging us. we thank God for the ministry of FBF and our Director that God gave Brother Wachana with his team which evangelise the gospel in Uganda. Brother Robert pray very much for our Director because they are in Northern Uganda where there are rebels who killed many people but they are in refugee camps preaching the gospel. Director and his team they are in a big problem of transport they stay on the road for so long to reach where the refugee camps are since bicycles. Director has many orphans and there is another one who was born without legs and hands so it is very difficult to look after those people because like this one who has no legs and hands his parents were killed by the rebels kony’s group. please if you have some assistance, help or stand with our brother. He has been trustworthy since you saw his home there are many visitors who come to his place all the time. why is our Director trustworthy? because we contributed 3.000.000/= but he kept it unil we bought the plot therefore there are many things we have seen him being trustworthy for him and his family.
I remain yours

04-12-15 Evangelist Gregory in Nigeria seeks bibles

Dear Faithful Servant of God,

I bring you greetings in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ the Saviour of
the World.

I am the Founder of the Osanobua Community Church and by the grace of God
we reach out to Precious Souls in the Prisons, Villages and market places
with the saving message of our Lord Jesus Christ and Praise God for what
He is doing because Precious Souls are saved through the Power of our Lord
Jesus Christ. By the grace of God, fifteen Muslims gave their lives to our
Lord Jesus Christ and we are concerned with the Lost Souls and we are
reaching them with message of savlvation. And I believe that we can reach
more Souls together as we work together because collectively we can win
more Souls for God.

I am writing believing that you could help us for 20 Giant Print bibles
and we are having 20 Brothers and Sisters who are now saved and they are
Old and they can only read the Large Character Bibles that is why we are
requesting for Giant Print Bibles for them and they are poor and cannot
afford to buy these Bibles. Me and my wife needs two Study Bibles and if
you can help us we will appreciate but our CONCERN is the Brothers and
Sisters who are aged and do not have Bibles to study the Word of God.

My beloved Brethren, Please continue to pray for the Kids in our Orphanage
home as we bring them up in the ways of the Lord. These Kids are abandoned
by the Parents and the Lord instructed me to bring them in and train them
in His ways and I thank God because these Children are been brought up in
the Way of the Lord.

04-8-10 Bro Didi FBF Central Africa FBF… wife gets healed, grateful for the ministry!

Dear brother,

I am so pleased to read this email, and recall the great time we had together in Goma, Congo.

I am also gratefull unto the Lord for healing my wife, who is now totally recovering progressively. She wishes she saw you, because she could not have time during your stay in Goma.

I also, by this occasion, send to you the work report and plan for the Central Africa FBF ministry. See file attachment.
Pictures for orphans, widows and the land will be sent afterward.

On the other hand, I wanted to let you know that Brother Pacific has talked with his wife about your concern of having Br Pacific near you in ministry. The wife agreed about that. In case, you are sticking on this and needs Br Pacific to be your assistant in ministry, we also agree about that, and now the process of acquiring a passport and learning English can start now.
We need to have your point of view.

Yours In The Kingdom,

Didi

04-07-10 Bro Abiud growing in the Grace of Christ… ministry taking off!

Praise God my beloved friend, our the distance with you will only sound sweet when we are communicating, there should be something special that the Lord already did in our lives even before we were joined. And if we cant move dipper and understant the buden that the Lord has put ion us, we may be focusing and dealing with only one part of the BODY OF CHRIST and forgeting that we should abide in Him and enjoy His goodness.

WE HAVE SEEN HOW THE MIGHT GOD TOUCHING PEOPLE,HEALING MIRRACLE HAPENING and God being good on our Team. Please stand with us in Prayer as we do the same for you and your country amen.
yours, Abiud/ Bungoma FBF Centre

04-05-10 Bro Renier & Bro Ivan report in from the 3 day KKK Fest this past week end

On Good Friday (2 April) bro Ivan and I embarked on the 5 hour-journey to Oudtshoorn at 5am to preach at the KKNK-festival. The festival is an Arts Festival where all the top musicians and entertainers from all over the country gather together to give shows for a week. This was the 3rd time that we’ve preached at this event. This event is one of my favorite events as it is a nice, clean event with families and kids attending it. Because the crowds consist mostly of families, bro Ivan and I thought it appropriate to change gears and to preach a more loving message than we usually preach. We focused much more on the mercy and grace of God this time and the people really LISTENED! We arrived at Oudtshoorn at 10:30am and immediately started to preach. We preached the whole day non-stop until about 5pm. It was a very very hot day and when 5pm came we were totally drained of all our energy. The preach went really well. We stood at a certain bridge where EVERYONE have to cross in order to get inside the festival-area and we reached thousands and thousands of people throughout the course of the day as a result. Many people stood and watched us for a while before walking on. We were given something to drink by other believers on 3 separate occasions. That was really kind of them! The LORD knew that we were really thirsty by then! He knows just how to take care of our needs as we take care of the things of the LORD. One Christian lady even walked up to me and gave me a hug to show her appreciation for us being there. There was a heavy police presence at the event to keep an eye on things and even they stood and listened to our preaching. The LORD enabled us to preach with much freedom all the while we were there. He really gave us a wide, open door! Praise the LORD! This was a real answer to prayer! At one stage a young lady walked up to me and asked me the following question: “I was involved in a satanic ritual called the ‘Oath of blood’. I was told by the satanists that it cannot be broken or reversed. Is it true?” I replied: “No, it’s not true. Remember, that’s what THEY told you, but that’s not what the Bible says. Jesus Christ is able to set EVERYONE free who comes to Him. Jesus Christ is ALMIGHTY and ALL-POWERFUL! There is nothing that HE cannot do! He can break every curse and every bondage. If you truly repent and put your trust in Him for your soul’s salvation, then He will save you and cleanse you and fill you with His Holy Spirit … and then you will be free from every type of bondage!” As I spoke to her I could see that tears welled up in her eyes as she listened with appreciation to this message of hope. After I talked to her I gave her a tract with my email-address on it and told her that she can email me if she like and she said that she will do so. After this conversation I continued to preach. Here is a sample of the message I preached: “Today is Good Friday! I have Good News for you on Good Friday! Jesus Christ came to seek and to save that which was LOST! Jesus Christ came into this world to save sinners! If you consider yourself to be a sinner, then there is HOPE for you! God is so serious about saving your soul that He did not even spare His own Son, but gave Him up to die on a cross for you and for me! So it is also time for you to get serious with God! Go on your knees TODAY and ask the LORD Jesus: ‘LORD Jesus, I am a hell-deserving sinner! Please save me LORD and please forgive me!’ … If you do this, then God WILL hear you, He will save you and He will forgive you! The Bible says ‘Whoever calls on the Name of the Lord WILL BE SAVED! Whoever means ANYONE! No matter what you have done, no matter how far you have fallen … JESUS is able to set you free! Wow! That’s really GOOD NEWS! I cannot think of a better day to get right with God than today … on Good Friday!” Bro Ivan remarked to me afterwards that he could see on the people’s faces that they came under conviction … especially when I preached that part about how serious God is about saving their souls. At one point I was approached by a journalist who took pictures of me and then she asked me whether she could ask me a couple of questions. I agreed and then she asked me for my name. I gave her my name and she continued to ask me: “I know that you are also preaching at Stellenbosch University … have you received a calling to do this or what motivates you to do this?” I replied: “Jesus Christ said that we should go into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature. This is not my calling or my gift. This is simply my duty as a Christian. It breaks my heart to see sinners streaming into hell. I want people to go to Heaven! I want them to have SALVATION! That’s why I’m willing to come all the way from Cape Town to Oudtshoorn on my own costs.” She continued: “Why do you want to preach here at Oudtshoorn … today? Is it because there might be wrong things happening here or is it simply because there are so many people here today?” I replied: “Everyone knows that on Easter-weekend … Oudtshoorn is the place to be. There are very many people here and so this is the best place to reach the most amount of people at the least amount of time. We want to be as effective as we can in reaching as much people as we can … redeeming the time.” She thanked me after the interview and went her way. I did managed to give her a tract before she went away. Bro Ivan did not preach much on Friday, but he did make up for it on Saturday after a good night’s rest. He was very tired on Friday, but stood right next to me the whole day throughout the heat. I appreciate bro Ivan. He is really a good soldier of Jesus Christ. He is willing to go through ANYTHING for the Gospel of Jesus Christ. When 5pm came we were so drained by all the preaching and by the heat that we had no more strength left and went to buy ourselves something to eat before we went back to our car to get some rest. The next day, very early, we walked through the town to get ourselves breakfast. We were stopped on 3 occasions by people who told me how that they saw me preaching the previous day and they were wondering how my voice managed to hold the strain. All of them expressed their appreciation for our presence there and told us to keep up the good work. We again started to preach at 10am. As we walked along the Main Road in between the crowds I overheard one guy saying to his wife: “These 2 guys are just like those clowns at Fantasy Fest with their banners…” I walked up to the man and told him: “Those guys that you saw at Key West are actually my FRIENDS you know!” Bro Ivan preached much more this time around. The good night’s rest did him a lot of good. On Saturday-afternoon we went back to our car to take the 5 hour-journey back home. As we drove out of Oudtshoorn I pulled down the window and did some drive-by preaching too. We arrived at Stellenbosch at 8pm and prayed together to thank the LORD for the VERY profitable and productive mission HE blessed us with. Amen.

On my side things are not just well and am stressed without knowing the next step I have to take. It is all about the school. As I told you I have been having fee problems but finally I managed to finish paying the tuition fee. It is only remaining the exam fees which US Dollar 125. Yesterday the guardian told me that he is unable to pay because of the problem he had of sickness.
I know you are so busy and may be this message sounds strange but it my request that if you are just in a position please stand with me as a friend and I know our God will reward bless you. I wish to hear from you and above all I just need your prayers.

03-28-10 Bungoma FBF Centre - Uganda mission report

Hey Bro. Rev Robert! I believe you and other Saints are fine in the
Lord. Last week we travelled to Uganda via Lwakhakha border. Unlike
our Country Kenya where one has to apply for a Permit in advance and
pay a whooping 35 US dollar, in Uganda you are given instantly at a
fee of 8 US dollar!!! You are also given some officers to keep watch
just incase drunkards interfere with your preach, wow!! Our preach
went on well and we had 3 guys repenting and surrendering to Jesus.
The response was good and many people wanted us to tarry around for
some time. But you see,” our Permit indicated that our preaching
began at 11am and was going to end at 4pm, a period of 6 hrs. The
Officer Commanding Station (0CS) suggested that next time we go there
he could give us a permit for 3 days if we so wish, a very good idea
indeed. Brothers and Sisters, some people out there are yearning for
The Word of God. So un-less you and me go for them, they may tend to
think that there are No preachers out there. It is because most
Bishops, Reverends, Pastor and Evangelists (those titles you know) are
Crouding in one place fighting over those already in Churches!
Shame.” Instead of going for Un-saved ones. That is tantamount to
standing behind the back of a fisherman, only to wait for his catch.
Immediately he throws in the basket, you steal and put in your empty
basket! Shame!!! Remember there are people who go to Market places to
buy and sale from Sunday to Saturday. They have No time to go to
church and Nobody to preach to them. Also remember at Market places we
trap those who dodge churches, making them have nowhere to hide.
Although the going is tough, let us brace on…

Ben, FBF, Bungoma Centre.

03-27-10 Bungoma FBF Centre Daughters of Thunder send in a report: ministry to widows & orphans

Greetings Bro. Robert! It s our hope that God is blessing you.  We at Daughters of Thunder are doing well. In the last couple of Months we have been busy paying homage to widows, orphans, the sick in hospitals and in schools. It has been one of the difficult moments as D.0.T, but we thank God for guiding us all along. The first thing we do when we meet is pray that God go before us, because alone we can t make it. We also realise that there are challenges awaiting us! Some widows and orphans are living the kind of life No-one would like to live. They lack basic needs like Food, Shelter, Medicatin and Clothing. We thank God because sometimes manage to give them what we have. You see Bro. Robert, we give God first priority, but now here is a person who has gone without food for some weeks. You can t preach to them and leave them to die. Or a person who is bed-ridden will expect you to give some medication. Barely 3 weeks ago we gathered them together
and ministered to them abit. 0ur aim was to please and make them feel loved… they lack so much. We were able to help them with  - Rice, maize, meat, kales, onions and tomatoes. We also had some drugs (pain-killers) that we gave to those who were not feeling well. Infact we didn t have enough money so we borrowed some from fbf co-ordinator, Bungoma Centre.

So our prayer is that someday God may bring our way a Willing Christian Donor to support us. That way, we will be able to reach and give support where applicable. Please keep us in your prayers. Thank you,
Sis Elizeber and Marolyn, from Bungoma FBF

03-26-10 Bro Ben from Bungoma FBF Centre updates us with a preaching report

Greetings Bro. Robert! How are you today! Hope fine in the Lord. Here are my views on how to strengthen fbf in the year 2010. I have been to various open-air meetings and seen where the short-comings are. All fbf centres from across the Globe must be in touch. This will enable us to know what our colleagues are doing and the difficulties they are under-going so that whenever prayer Request arises we can stand together. Fbf centres should Recruit those ministers who are serious only. Not the so called Lone-rangers and jokers, whose aim is to swindle fbf of the little resources they have. Each Centre should have its offices where fbf items are kept safely to avoid everybody hanging around with fbf property or items being kept in different homes. All fbf Centres should have a bank account and where money is spent there should be proper accountability to avoid mis-use. If possible we should have at-least 2-3 motorbikes (Car or Pick-up) to avoid spending a lot during our travels.

You see Bro. Robert, like in Bungoma you can get a nice car at only 4,000 USD, which can carry up to 8 people, in-stead of spending the same on 3 motor-bikes! Maybe another Brother could be having a different opinion, but as far as i know these are the major articles are be-deviling fbf out-reach ministry. Also Bro remember to be giving out a circular showing how you intend to travel and the activities of each day. This will enable every-one to know where you will be at a particular time. Otherwise brethen every where pray for this Government, for God to do something because we are un-able to preach openly with a lot of ease as we used to. God bless you Bro Robert and we are praying for you everyday, Amen.

Ben, FBF BGM Centre.

03-18-10 Bro Gaby from DR Congo forms an attachment to FBF, with a similar vision.

Dear brother Robert,

Thank you for your response and the great concern of serving the Lord in the Congo. Indeed there is a lot to do for the kingdom of God. Congo has been isolated from the rest of the world for several years during the war which has affected people’s lives in all aspects of life. While serving the Lord in Uganda as a missionary the Lord led it on my heart in 2004 to come to see what was taking place in my home city of Bukavu and the surroundings. By the help of some saints I was able to raise some funds and went to inspect what was taking place on the ground. It was very shocking! We registered hundreds of widows and orphans. In 2006, God opened a door and we were able to distribute some relief to them. From that time we have been praying to God to open more doors to fund the plan that we have made to give them sustainable support (capital seed for widows for income generating activities and orphans education sponsorship program). During the same mission in 2006, I conducted 4 days crusades in two different localities and held a seminar for 3 days at Tente d’Assignation in Bukavu town.

Let me go back a little bit.

In 2002, while in Kampala, the Lord gave me an open vision about my ministry “Healing Grace Mission Ministries”. By then I was already connected to Pastor Felix and were seeking the Lord together for specific instructions He had received from the Lord to resign the previous ministry he was serving with. Then in 2003 the Lord spoke to that He was going to open doors for me to take the gospel to East Africa. In 2004 I went to Congo as I earlier shared it above. In 2005 I started east African missions traveling to different cities and villages in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda, holding seminars and crusades occasionally.

In 2006, September 5th, the Lord spoke to me that my ministry with Glory to Glory Gospel Ministries has come to an end and that He wanted me to start church. Oh, it was a frustrating message, asking myself questions that seemed difficult to answer: how am I going to leave a ministry I have served for the last 5 years? The relationships I had built, the passion, the diligence I had invested in, the resources and above all, how the saints are going to receive this message? Pastors in the community had testified of us “ as model pastors” who do things in unity and love, serving the common purpose of glorifying the Lord Jesus. So, I took courage and informed pastor Felix. However we kept it a secret while seeking the Lord to give us a way forward. Meanwhile I kept praying asking the Lord to give me the details as how He wants the church to look like. Finally, on 17th Feb. 2009, I was set apart by my spiritual father whom the Lord had recommended to me years back and pastor Felix for the new assignment. So in March last year 2009 I had to travel to Bukavu to explore the land and plant the church. I shared with some people the vision and some felt they were called to carry out the work. We started a fellowship where we meet each Wednesday, Saturday and Friday for overnight prayers. We are praying the Lord to provide the funds to hire a plot whereby we can pinch a tent so that we can start holding our Sunday services.

In brief, God gave me 4 major assignments in the mission:

Win the lost
Praying for the sick (healing mission)
Helping the needy
Taking revival to the entire body of Christ emphasizing holiness and righteousness

As you can see, my heart is burning inside of me for the urging needs in this desperate world. I want to reach out people both in cities and in remote places where even most people don’t want to go. I have a powerful amplifier of 900 watts that can serve for crusades. I believe the Lord will provide us speakers, a mixer, microphones, guitars, video projectors etc. We want to hold seminars for leaders so that we can share with the humble experience that the Lord has given us.

Brother, to be honest, I cannot exhaust all that is on my heart right now. I know that we must go there step by step but something must get started for the time is too short for us!!! Oh! May the Lord hear the cry of our hearts!!!

From the time we met and as I heard Pastor Felix sharing about what you are doing in the kingdom of God, I realized there was a similarity in the vision and therefore there must be a divine reason why we met. You and I might not fully understand it now but surely the Lord Almighty who controls times and seasons will accomplish His purposes through us! I don’t just connect with anybody. By the grace of God I can easily discern a divine connection to me because two people cannot walk together unless they agree (oneness of ideology, partnership, similarity,…)

I will forward you some photos of some of our missions.

Brother, if there is anything I have not made clear, please let me know so that I can clarify. Share with me this scripture which serves as my motto in ministry: Luke 17:7-10.

God bless you in everything you are doing.

Much love in Yeshua,

Brother Gaby.
